About me

I’m an Associate Professor at Université Paris Cité and a researcher within the DSIMB team (BIGR, Inserm, UMR S-1134). My mission is to advance our understanding of protein interactions and how therapeutic compounds and genetic mutations modulate them, using computational and data-driven approaches to design more effective, selective, and personalized therapies.

I work at the intersection of computational biology and deep learning, with a focus on creating computational methods to analyze protein interactions, predict mutation effects, and design antibodies and nanobodies.

I teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Life Sciences and Bioinformatics at UFR Sciences du Vivant, including courses in machine and deep learning, structural bioinformatics, mathematical modeling in biology, biostatistics and data analysis, and biological simulation.
